Custom Powder Coated 19″ Wheels – Black with Red Lip
Here are a set of 19″ wheels that we just completed. These came in an ugly state viagra after stripping them down and a custom 2 tone powder coating job they are show quality.
These wheels use a High Gloss Black Center with a High Gloss Red Lip.
The wheels as delivered to us by the customer. Not in the best condition but that is what we are here to fix.
After being media blasted down to bare metal and prepped for the Powder Coating process, a clean slate to work with.

BBS RS Wheels — Powder Coated Centers
These are some centers from a set of BBS RS wheels that we recently did. The BBS RS wheel is a classic look but really good condition wheels are getting harder and harder to come by. Most owners of these are now looking for alternatives to revive their old, worn out wheels and powder coating the centers is a great alternative.
As you can see the wheels were in rough shape when we received thm but with the IPG Coating treatment and some Cast Aluminum color powder they look as good as new, if not better.
Here are the wheels as we received them. Not looking so great but after blasting them with Glass Bead and prepping for the Coating process we had a great finished product.
