Camo B18c1 GSR Honda Valve Cover
With some downtime in the shop today we decided to play around with some coating ideas. How about a little camouflage action for your valve cover? This valve cover consists of 3 different colors — Matte Black, Olive Drab and Gold. Although we can’t guarantee each valve cover will look exactly like this one as it all depends on how the powder decides to fall into place when doing the process we can do something similar for you no problem at all. This turned out great and we look forward to doing more of these in the near future.

Sometimes You Need a Little Color
Sometimes you just need a little color in life.
With work continuing on the IPG Track Rat Project: Left, Right, Left EF we figured the engine bay could use a little color to make things exciting.
This B16/B18c Honda DOHC Vtec Valve Cover was stripped to the bare metal and then powder coated this great shade of vibrant Green. It is eye catching for sure.
And with some custom sticker work to the OEM Spark Plug Cover we viagra a unique valve cover for our powerplant that will draw some attention to the car when the hood is popped.

This has turned out to be one of the best looking bikes around. Brian’s 2007 Suzuki M109r is really a night and day difference from what he started with. We were responsible for coating the exhaust system, miscellaneous brackets, handle bars and engine covers.
Check out what Brian started with and what it turned into now. Thanks for letting us be a part of the project.

Powder Coated Fire Engine Bell
Here is something a little different. This is an old fire engine bell that a customer brought to us to use for a custom project he is working on. Going for a nice shiny look but wanting the durability of a powder coated finish we used a Chrome-like finish to give the bell a very creative look that will be very durable.

Here is the bell as we received it from the customer. Overall in actualy pretty good shape after seeing quite a few years of use.

After blasting the bell with Glass Bead it was looking good and prepped for the powder to be sprayed and cured.

The finished product. I really like the way this finish turned out. At certain angles you can really see the parts shine and with the durability of the Powder Coated finish you can't go wrong for an item that may get a lot of use while being used on the new project.
